- CCPCH Health Summit Brown Bag Lunch Series
Moving forward from the Centre Region Partners in Health Summit held in February, 2013, the Centre County Partnership for Community Health (CCPCH) invites you to join in the discussion about closing the gaps in healthcare in our region by focusing on six priority health needs identified at the summit. Please bring a brown bag lunch and participate in a "working lunch" as we begin to chart a course to make improvements, find the synergies that exist between organizations, and identify problems and solutions. - Health Summit Results
More than 90 community leaders and members attended the Centre Region Partners for Health Summit on February 25, 2013. Participants established a foundation for coordinated, community-wide action to enhance the health and well-being of people who live in and near Centre County.
